This specific project couldn’t have come at a better time, and for that, I (Lindsay) feel very lucky! I’d just returned from a sort of self-imposed maternity leave after having my daughter, Mae, when Lauren reached out to me about a business she and a fellow pediatric nurse are launching. Their mission is to provide support to new parents via public classes, private consultations and virtual consultations covering a variety of topics like breastfeeding, infant care, nutrition and more.
For this website, we wanted the brand to convey a sense of calm. Lauren and Carissa wanted it to be modern, clean and easy to navigate, with classes that could be purchased by specific dates. Rather than doing a registration process, they wanted more control over the interaction with their potential and future clients, so we set up WooCommerce and made each service offering a product, with dates available as a variation. I’ll update here when we officially launch: Let’s Grow Baby is getting just a few more things together to prepare.
